Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are food-grade gelatine sheets intended for human consumption, strict safety and traceability controls apply. This policy is enforced without exception and by ordering you agree to this policy.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unopened products that meet all conditions below:

Factory sealed and unopened

All safety seals intact

Original packaging undamaged

No signs of tampering, moisture, or contamination

Return request submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery

Return Authorization (RA) number issued before shipment
Opened or unsealed food products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened boxes or broken seals
-
Partial boxes or partial cases
-
Products exposed to heat, humidity, or improper storage after delivery

Clearance or discounted items
-
Bulk, contract, or special-order lots
-
Custom packed orders
-
Any return sent without authorization
Non-returnable items will be refused or discarded without refund.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written approval.
To request a Return Authorization, provide:

Order number

Product name and size
-
Lot number (if available)

Reason for return

Photos showing unopened condition
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Please email us with your return request at: Support@ChampionProteins.com
Inspection and Approval
All approved returns are inspected upon receipt.
Refunds are issued only if inspection confirms:

Factory seal intact

Packaging unopened and undamaged

Product matches original shipment records

No tampering or contamination
Inspection decisions are final.
Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Tracking is required
-
Proper protective packaging is required

Risk of loss remains with the sender until accepted
Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
Rejected returns are not reshipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of packaging and product

Retain all materials until instructed
Verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds:

Issued only to the original payment method
-
Processed within 5–10 business days after return approval
No cash refunds. No alternative refund methods unless we choose to offer one.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE TIME OF PROCESSING AND AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. The amount will be $10.00 per item, or 27%, whichever is less.
Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute without following this policy violates the purchase terms. Shipment records, delivery confirmation, and lot traceability data are retained and used in dispute responses.
Policy Enforcement
This policy is strictly enforced to protect food safety, product integrity, and batch traceability. No exceptions are granted.
