These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.championproteins.com (the “Site”) operated by Champion Proteins LLC (“Champion Proteins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Amazon FBA Multi-Channel Fulfillment Disclosure

If your order is fulfilled using Amazon FBA Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF):

  • We may transmit your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, and any other relevant data to Amazon for the sole purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order.

  • Amazon processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policies. We are not responsible for any use, dissemination, or other actions as a result of this. 

  • Shipping speeds, packaging, and carrier selection are determined by Amazon.

  • Amazon-fulfilled orders may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals (FTC Compliance)

If you purchase a subscription product or service:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping.

  • The billing frequency, amount, and renewal terms are clearly disclosed at checkout.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

  • Cancellation instructions are provided in your account dashboard or by contacting Support@ChampionProteins.com.

  • If you cancel before renewal, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, unless required by law or expressly stated in our Return Policy.

8. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Shopify Platform Disclosure

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payment transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or third-party payment gateways. These processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards for secure handling of credit card information.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against Champion Proteins LLC.

The arbitration shall be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration organization under its applicable rules. The location of arbitration shall be Iowa, unless otherwise agreed.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
