Food Product Handling Disclaimer
Our products are food-grade gelatine sheets. Once shipped, storage conditions are outside our control.
We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by:

Delivery delays

Exposure to heat or humidity after delivery

Improper storage by the recipient

Mailbox or outdoor delivery exposure
Customer is responsible for prompt receipt and proper storage.
Address Accuracy Requirement
Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
If an address error causes delay, loss, or rerouting:

Additional shipping charges will apply

Reshipment is not free

Refunds will not be issued for failed delivery due to incorrect address
Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when available.

Tracking numbers are sent by email after shipment

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status

Failure to receive tracking emails due to spam filters or email errors is not our responsibility
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:

Stolen packages

Misdelivered packages after carrier confirmation

Unattended deliveries
Claims must be filed with the carrier. We will provide shipment documentation upon request.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

Note damage with the carrier at delivery when possible

Take clear photos of packaging and contents

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim or replacement.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable:

Return shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from any refund

Original outbound shipping is not refunded

Perishable or food products may be destroyed and not refunded
International Orders (If Offered)
For shipments outside the United States:

Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees

Customs delays are outside our control

Refused international shipments are not refunded for shipping costs
